Responsibilities
- Coordinates the company Training Program for all engineering staff.
- Liaises with the instructors, Professional Learning in relation to Basic and Recurrent training which be conducted in joint Training with other departments in the meantime.
- Assist the Engineering Training Manager (ETM) in overseeing the overall training and development initiatives for employees including meeting minimum training requirements for new and existing employees.
- Monitoring and recording annual training needs, sourcing of providers, scheduling regular training events, and compiling and evaluating feedback.
- Prepares and organizes the training required for internal and external training organization as per descriptive details of engineering training policy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation field or any related field
- Good in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
