Ticketing Agent
As a passenger point of contact Ticketing Agents represent airline service fade and serve passengers in all-and-all travel needs related to ticket sales, reservation and flight booking assistance. The responsibilities of this position demand a detail-oriented and organized individual with the ability to read, write and speak English. Ability to work shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualification
– Male or Female
– Thai Nationality
– University degree
– Up to 28 years of age
– Strong communication skill in English (TOEIC 650)
– Good command of the third language is advantageous.
– Relevant experience in ticket sales
– Able to work shift
– Good perception and adaptability
– Intercultural competence
– Good PC user know-how
– Eye on detail related to cost awareness
