- Oversee the end-to-end supply planning process to ensure product availability meets market demand.
- Collaborate with production teams to align manufacturing schedules with sales forecasts and inventory levels.
- Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce waste, enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing new product launches, ensuring seamless market introduction.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts to secure the best terms and conditions for the company.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in supply chain management, applying best practices to improve processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply planning functions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of English
