Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree holder
• Experience in airport handling aspect
• Preferably with knowledge in PSS, Integrated Passenger Handling, and Basic Reservation and Ticketing

Responsibilities

• To assist the Station Head in overseeing the ground handling activities in all operational areas including passenger, baggage, ramp, and load control.
• Oversees passenger, baggage, and ramp handling at the station to ensure strict compliance with operational procedures, airport regulations as well as safety and service standards set by PAL, Airport authorities, and all other government agencies
• Monitors and assists the Station Head in the operational and day-to-day activities of Passenger Handling, Baggage Handling, and Ramp Handling.
• Assists VIPs, VIPs, and CIs and those passengers needing special handling
