Responsibilities

• Participate/ support team for all cargo operate.
• Ensure operation processes comply with SOP.
• Prepare/ support all document tasks that comply with the cargo operation.
• Coordinate cargo service activities between sales, operations, and ground handling in order to ensure efficient handling of shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Responsibility, teamwork, flexibility.
• Achievement orientation.
• Proactive in cargo operation.
• Available to work shift duty (including overnight shifts).
• A team player with a service mind, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Formulate basic procedures and operating standards for cargo.
