Responsibilities

Perform all tasks related to the repair, Overhaul and test of Line Replaceable Units of Landings Gears, like hydraulic components or harnesses and sensor boxes. Comply with relevant aviation regulation and best practices. Work on continuous improvement.

Work from and comply with valid approved data, i.e. OEM documents (CMM, …) and Technical Instructions from engineering, and properly document your work according to Revima’s quality procedures and instructions
Obey all environmental / health / safety (EHS) rules; wear PPE accordingly
Support Quality Assurance during customer and Civil Aviation Authorities’ audits as required
Support supervisor and engineering in root cause analysis and definition of corrective actions in case of Non-Conformances
Good understanding of an adherence to all relevant aviation regulations and internal quality rules
Maintain a neat and orderly workstation and promote overall good lean manufacturing 5S practices, for a clean, organized and safe work environment
Participate in and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives
Work overtime and shift as required
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Competencies

Mechanical aptitude, with finger dexterity.
Ability to read and understand work instructions English.
Good knowledge of aviation industry basics.
Detailed knowledge of landing gear hydraulics and / or harnesses and sensor boxes.
Very good knowledge of relevant CMM’s, other manuals and Technical Instructions.
Good understanding of and adherence to all relevant aviation regulations and internal quality rules.
High proficiency in working with the IT systems, especially IFS

Requirement

Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Received Indoctrination training (i.e. Part145, Human Factors) and continuation trainings in accordance with the procedure No. PTQ-01: Training Program.
Received task-related training including practical training on aircraft components in accordance with the procedure No. PTQ-01: Training Program
Nominated as Qualified Mechanic by Revima Quality Management
Good knowledge in relevant tools, equipment and processes
Ability to perform math functions such as addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, perform calculations involving fractions and percentages.
Ability to read, write and understand English (TOEIC ≥ 450)
Ability to read, interpret and understand drawing, CMM Manuals and other relevant documents in English
Computer literacy (Office software, IFS)
Willingness to work overtime and shift as necessary
Must be able to properly and safety wear all required PPE such as safety glasses, hard-toed shoes, hearing protection
