- Assist the departments with administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing documents, preparing memos in the department, and preparing reports and correspondence.
- Take in charge of PO/PR document issuing process for all marketing team.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening and managing phone calls and emails.
- Facilitate communication between the department and others.
- Collect and analyze information to prepare reports and maintain organized files and databases.
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and act as a liaison between the department and others.
- Assist with special projects by conducting research, coordinating activities, and providing updates.
- Manage the team’s calendar and prioritize tasks to optimize productivity.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain privacy.
- Manage facilities in the office and maintain office aesthetics.
- Identify opportunities for improving office processes and implement streamlined procedures.
- Previous experience as an administrative officer or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Thai and English.
- Proficiency in office software and collaboration tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Problem-solving ability and proactive mindset.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with organizational policies and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience may be preferred.
