Job Description

  • Be responsible for handling Preflight tasks, such as scheduled and ad-hoc retimes and cancellations notifications, eliminating double bookings, notifying guests of the balance owing bookings and removing hold and declined bookings, Filtering Manifest that was affected by Flights interruption, Aircraft Swap Request and  Audit for the notification that sent by Automation.
  • Handle incoming telephone inquiries, complaints, and questions from Stations who have called the Preflight hotline, thru group chat, Emails, or CSM Cases.
  • Use agreed guidelines or procedures, to attempt to resolve the guest’s queries or concerns in a professional manner
  • Work to agreed productivity and targets set by the Management Team
  • Escalate any unresolved issues which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures to the supervisor
  • Suggest areas of improvement to the supervisor proactively
  • Ensure Preflight tasks are dealt with or completed in a timely and courteous manner  
  • Make sure that Preflight agents are fully trained or aware/informed in response to handling any ad-hoc tasks or procedural changes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in aviation management, airline management, or any related field
  • Having working experience in an airline or travel agency will be an advantage.
  • Having a passion to work in the airline business environment
  • Good communication in both written and spoken English
  • Proficiency using G-suite systems, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Able to work in shift rotation and flexible to work overnight.
  • Teamwork and orientation.
