Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor service providers to ensure the ground operations product is delivered effectively and to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Administration and coordination of relevant management aircraft, flight planning, and flight dispatch.
• To perform medium and long-term strategic planning to satisfy the projection of future company activities

Qualifications

• Age over 27 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Hard-working, ability to work independently, flexible, and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of aviation rules. (The IATA Ground Operations Manual (IGOM), The IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA), and the IATA Airport Handling Manual (AHM).)
