- Respond and communicate with customers through live chat on E-Commerce platforms such as Website, Line official, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Professionally provide accurate information about airlines products and services, take/cancel inquiry and obtain details of feedback.
- Reply publication email within the service level agreement (SLA)
- Monitor customer complaints on each platform and reach out to provide assistance.
- Handle complex & complaint cases as a first touch point and escalate to Supervisor if necessary.
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
- Bachelor‘s degree in airline business, hospitality management or relevant field
- 1 year of customer service experience is plus
- Local laws and Regulation in airline business
- Negotiation skill in handling challenging customers and good problem solving skills
- Customer behavior
- Excellent communicators in written and oral
- Customer orientation & ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Stress tolerance and able to act under stressful circumstances
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
