- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Can work in shift
- Responsible for a cargo handling activity of Inbound / Outbound flight movement.
- Coordinate with TRC closely to monitor and follow-up the cargo activities from both Domestic and International warehouse to prevent the flight’s delay.
- Maintain effective communication with all external and internal stakeholders connected to the cargo warehouse representatives, to ensure effective operational delivery.
- Manage the investigation and follow-up of incidents, accidents, violation and irregularities, reporting findings to the Cargo Operations Supervisor and facilitating the implementation of required corrective measures.
- Provide report on clearance activities.
Target the reduction of cargo handling issues and their consequences. - Shall be responsible for the proper and timely performance of duties assigned.
- May be requested to perform other duties as assigned based on Cargo Operations
- Supervisor’s needs or airline activities
- Work closely with the ground handling agent to ensure the smooth cargo operation of the business activity.
- Ensure cargo services compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations including addendum
- Bachelor‘s degree related to the position.
- 1-3 years of experience in the logistics industry and 1 year in the cargo operations position
- Excellent communications skills both written, verbal, and presentation
- Proven knowledge in Cargo Operations
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced changing environment and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications in cargo operations and Dangerous Goods is preferable
- Airline experience is necessary
- Prioritizing so that the most important matters are attended to quickly
- Professional attitude/behavior
