Responsibilities

Screen applicants to meet job specification requirements, and arrange interview appointments.
Expand candidate sourcing channels to collect polls of potential applicants for current and future manpower needs by placing job advertisements on job sites; contracting.
Coordinates and assists in scheduling technical and client interviews, including candidate interview preparation and debriefing.
Planning channels and media sources, such as websites, referrals, networking and etc. to serve company requirements at the appropriate time and developing job advertisements to Analyze, source, and review applicants, and organizing interview sessions to identify shortlist candidates.
Conduct interviews both online and face-to-face in order to screen candidates based on job’s competencies.
Provide and review an employment contract and employee files.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Communicating with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff provides information and assistance regarding recruitment, transfers, employment, personnel records, and legislation.
Provide ongoing coaching and development to employees including but not limited to, acting as a role model, providing constructive feedback, developing a succession plan for employee growth, and documenting performance issues or concerns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience with sound knowledge of all personnel matters and exposure to HR operational issues
Basic knowledge of labor law
Experience in Aviation
Comprehensive understanding of policies, systems, rewards, agreements, settlements, and legislation
