Have experience in Customer Service Hotel/Airline business Location: MRT Rama 9 Working day: 5 days per week Time: Shift Work Salary: 22K-25K +KPI Incentive
- Manage any issues/cases from hotels/partners directly and find solutions
- Handle inquiries/complaints of customers from many channels
- Coordinate with partners for voucher/ticket/transportation issues
- Other as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience in the Customer Service field with the Hotel/Airline business is a must
- Good Communication in English
- TOEIC is above 500 (Required) Toeic หมดอายุก็รับพิจารณา
- Computer literacy and good in Microsoft office
- Be honest, service mind, and good interpersonal skills
