- Perform quality surveillance/audit on operations and maintenance as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure conformity with the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand [CAAT] and company requirements and inconsistent with any licensing or certification requirements;
- Monitor compliance with the approved process specified in the company manuals and verify by monitoring activity in the field of operations that the standards met the CAAT and company requirements;
- Verify that Airworthiness undertakings, and requirements under the Air Operator Certificate meet the standards of the CAAT;
- Conduct operations department internal audits; including regular and periodic management reviews of significant safety issues maintain an audit record and feedback systems;
- Document Control (Monitor and keep up-to-date) company’s documents to the latest revision of OEM publications, rules, regulations, and procedures to meet the changes in law and policy and to comply with the FSDS process in the automated environment of organization [BHD]’s intranet, provide a historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems;
- Responsible on a daily/bi-weekly basis for monitoring and distributing aeronautical technique and operations publications; i.e., Airworthiness Directive [AD], Emergency Airworthiness Directive [EAD], Service Bulletin [SB], Alert Service Bulletin [ASB] etc., to departments/divisions concern, and be responsible for controlling list of documents whether in office or onboard; i.e., form, report, manual, certificate and license with other library services to all functions
- Have a minimum 3 years of work experience from an airline or aviation organization in operation and a sound technical background to understand Quality and Safety Management Systems (QMS & SMS);
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of CAAT AOCR and CAAT ADCA 145 requirements (rules & regulations) regarding helicopter airworthiness & operations;
- Have interpersonal, verbal & written communication in English (TOEIC>650), proficient use of Microsoft Office;
- Have the ability to obtain and analyze facts and precedents in making administrative decisions to comply with the document control process.
