- Handle cargo operation /report cargo inbound-outbound/Cargo documents
- Checking cargo according to the IATA manual and DGR manual
- Summary cargo DMC and issue the report every period
- Customer Service, Contact with local customers, and ground handling
- Cargo Tracking, inbound cargo
- Follow up agent to provide shipment details to process exporting shipment.
- Provide flight information to the customer.
- Preparing special documents for exporting the goods for MAWB/Manifest
- Contact an overseas agent.
- Check space situation and suitable space for oversized shipment.
- Issuing the necessary documents & invoice for exporting with the AL system.
- Coordinate with the concerned party or other depts.
- Coordinate with the trucking company about picking up the goods as the customer requested.
- Provide updated shipment information and status to oversee agent and local customer.
- Solve any problem which occurs related to air freight export dept.
- Other tasks assigned by the cargo operation manager
- Bachelor’s Degree (The Faculty of Business Administration/Logistics Management)
- New graduates are welcome
- Age 23-26 years old
- Pleasant personality, Attitude, and Service Mind
- Good command of English (TOEIC 550 or above), the Chinese language is preferred
- Good computer skills
- Good health condition and no criminal record
- Able to work between the airport office
- Able to work at night shift
- Able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of cargo operation and airline systems
