Report Line: Director of Airworthiness

Responsibilities

  1. Comply with established continuing airworthiness policy and procedure, as well as related regulatory requirements of the CAAT or applicable National Aviation Authorities (NAA)
  2. Assist with the development and revision of Maintenance Programs (AMP) and Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL) for managed fleet as required by applicable regulations. Liaise between MJets and contracted service provider(s) for a timely and qualitative process.
  3. Assess applicable Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), and Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) modifications in a timely manner and maintain current aircraft AD statements and modification logs.
  4. Perform reliability studies to ensure a safe and cost-effective operation as well as satisfy CAAT requirements
  5. Evaluate, set up, and maintain all required technical publications, warranty programs, and subscriptions for the MJets-managed aircraft and key components. Review associated invoices for accuracy.
  6. Maintain the aircraft technical data (e.g. aircraft specification sheets, critical software levels, W&B).
  7. Ensure all modifications, alterations, and major repairs are carried out to an approved standard, ICA’s tracked in the maintenance tracking systems, and the associated documentation filed in the aircraft’s permanent records.
  8. Perform Airworthiness Reviews as well as develop data packages for the CofA renewal processes as prescribed in the General Maintenance Manual.
  9. Develop routine reports on aircraft operation and aircraft performance
  10. Maintain a working knowledge of applicable aviation regulations and industry standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (aerospace or aeronautical engineering preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years work experience
  • Good project management, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English (TOEIC > 700)
  • PEL Part-66 license and CAMO experience preferred
