บริษัท CIH หรือ Cambodian Investment Holding เปิดรับสมัครตำแหน่ง HR Director สายการบิน Airline Industry ประจำที่พนมเปญ กัมพูชา ทำงานวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ 09.00-18.00 น.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals, and strategy and translate to HR strategy.
- Developing and implementing human resources policies and ensuring compliance with law and regulations.
- Develop corporate plans for compensation, benefits, health, and safety.
- Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
- Manage recruitment process.
- Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
- Motivating and supporting current staff.
- Designing and directing training programs.
- Supervise and provide guidance to HR team.
- Expatriates visa and work permit plan.
- Manage administration department.
- Other tasks assigned by Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field
- More than 10 years of working experience in the airline industry in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English languages.
- Knowledge of local regulation.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salary range: USD 6,000 to 10,000 per month (before tax)
- Free visa and work permit and reimbursement of air ticket for onboarding
- Commercial medical insurance & accident insurance (CB INSURANCE)
- Annual leave: 10 working days per year National social insurance
