Responsibilities
- Checking an airfare with an additional charge by routine, administration for a charge).
- Making the reservation.
- Issuing the paperless ticket code with the receipt and tax invoice
- Alerting restrictions, followed by company terms & conditions.
- Collecting airfare by cash or credit card
- Summarizing Sales reports and transferring money to the cashier.
- Reporting to the Station Manager for any risk events to the safety and/or security of the station operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Good command of English
- Toeic: 550 and Korean (Speaking, listening, and reading)
- Experience in working in Ticketing Sales, Ticket Reservation, or Customer Service Marketing in Airline
Industry - Computer skills e.g. MS Office, Internet, and Skyspeed System are required
- Pleasant, friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a
challenging environment. - Team working skills, Planning skills
- Able to work on shift
