Responsibilities
- Inventory Control
- Collaborate in the entire process of the planning of tools, equipment, materials and aircraft spare parts procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution and customs
- In collaboration with the Purchasing and Logistics Officer, ensure effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
- Record purchase files, including all the documentation and vendor tracking system, to maintain the relevant information concerning the organization’s suppliers.
- Maintain respectful relationships with all suppliers and internal customers to ensure open communications and professional standards in services provided.
- Audit Support
- Ensure all corrective and preventive actions from quality audit findings are complied with.
- Others
- Assignments from the direct Manager
Requirements
- Be able to work at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- A bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be required.
- 1+ years’ experience
- Previous experience in a similar position is a plus
- Proven knowledge of purchase and logistic systems.
- Being able to read, write, and understand the English language.
- Practical background in the application of store, material, and airline standard operating procedures.
- Background in airline operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and information system
- Friendly, team working & leadership
