Responsibilities

  • Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
  • Report direct to Manager – Training & Planning.
  • Actively coordinate with SMS, ERP, QMS, DG, HF&CRM, and Security (AVSEC) instructors to ensure the quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with instructors and concerned sections to ensure the regulatory training programs (SMS, ERP, QMS, DG, HF&CRM, and Security Training) are updated and complied with company manuals and authority regulations.
  • Ensure that the training and checks are only being carried out by certified regulatory instructors.
  • Ensure the qualification and validity of the regulatory instructor has been maintained.
  • Coordinate with Instructor for lesson plan, course syllabus, training material and examination updating in compliance with regulations.
  • Annually review an examination, training material, instructor, and training course or when there is any change relevant the regulatory requirement and/or standard.
  • Ensure that training material, lesson plan and examination revision is correctly updated and stored in appropriate electronic document storage.
  • Ensure the annual supervision of regulatory instructors is conducted.
    Attend internal and any external audit for training department related to regulatory training.
    Attend standardization meeting and summarize minute of meeting for publishing to all concerned.
    Ensure that class evaluation program is available and summarize a trainee’s feedback to training management. 
    Monitor, track, and retain SMS, QMS, and ERP training records for non-operational staffs.
    Ensure the validity of SMS, QMS, and ERP training records for non-operational staffs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • 3 years experience in area of training or related department or 3 years in Learning and Development and airline industry.
  • Experience in content, designing and delivery a variety of training.
  • Strong communicator both in Writing and Spoken communication
  • Strong people management
  • Ability to manage multifunction.
  • Train the Trainer or IATA Instructional Technique Course.
  • Knowledge in the Air Operator Certificate Requirements and authority‘s regulations that concern crew member and operationstaff training.
