Responsibilities
- Ensure the operations safety and security of ground operations complies with CAAT regulations, international regulatory requirement, and company standard
- Prepare and update Dangerous Goods Manual (DGM) and Cargo Handling Handbook (CHH) to comply with CAAT regulations, international regulatory requirements, and company standard
- Act as Dangerous Goods (DG) Coordinator
- Communicate updated regulations and information about Dangerous Goods handling procedures
- Attend Safety Action Group as a SAG Representative for Ground Operations
- Monitor SPI related to Ground Operations
- Assist in the investigation and follow-up of mishandling cases with GHA
- Prepare and record monthly cargo and dangerous good uplifts reports
- Monitor K-Mile Ground Operations Training for GHA staff
- Monitor the GHA Ramp Safety Monthly Checklist and the performance of the GHA
- Verify invoices and payment process requests related to Ground Operations
- Responsible to handle all internal and external auditing including CAAT for Dangerous Goods and participate in all internal and external auditing for Ground and Cargo operations
- Conduct aircraft onsite ramp inspection and yearly station audit
- Control and release air waybill numbers to the customers
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior
Qualifications
- Possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Aviation
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good communication skills
