Record all the expense/revenue accurately and Timeliness
Validate the completeness of the supplier invoice before posting in systems
Ensure the invoice terms and condition is complied with contract or prior agreed
Ensure the VAT amount is correctly charged
Resolve issues and adjust as necessary
Supporting to Supervisor and team as require
Issue invoice/receipt/tax invoice to customers
Ensure all the supplier invoices get prior approve by the authorize person/manager before process
Ensure all the required information in Tax invoice for any Taxes purpose is presented in accordance with Revenue Code
Co-ordinate with other departments and external service provider to achieve timely and accurate processing of related accounts
