- Developing, implementing and managing company’s Safety Management System including ERP.
- Review and amend Safety Management Manual (SMM) periodically in order to comply with ATO, CAAT SMS guidance material as part of continuous improvement.
- Submit Safety Management Manual (SMM) to CAAT for acceptance when there is a change in documented procedure or policy.
- Defining Safety Goals and Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs).
- Developing and managing the safety communications system.
- Advising management and staff of safety related matters, safety trends, safety analysis and audit and investigation results.
- Investigating occurred, incidents and accidents within company and reporting the results and trends to management.
- Coordinating all safety matters within company including the coordination and management of all CAAT audits.
- Review and amend Emergency Response Plan Manual (ERPM) periodically in order to ensure its continuing relevance and effectiveness.
- Distribution of the safety information
- To maintain and update internal evaluation files/checklists according to new regulations or requirements, and changes or developments in company to comply with the fields to be audited.
- Evaluates the recorded data and trends concerning policy and flight safety standards.
- Monitoring the new regulations from the Authority and amend new regulation in manual.
- Prepare subjects and ensure that all SRB agendas are discussed and recorded.
- At least two years’ relevant work experience in Safety.
- Demonstrated deep understanding of company Safety Management Systems and Emergency Response Plan including their implementation.
- Thorough knowledge of CAAT regulation, Crew Resources Management.
- Decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills including excellent proficiency in English.
- ICAO applicable safety-related documents and guidelines.
