Carry out the flight planning for all flights operated by the airline as assigned in daily job assignments including creating and reviewing flight plans with regards to safety economy and efficiency based on the latest weather forecast, NOTAM, AIP, and regulations contained in the Operating Manual, Route manual and approved guidance to comply with the published Traffic Program Information including any relevant irregularities.
File an up-to-date ATS flight plan and coordinate with air traffic control to ensure clearance for flights.
Perform flight briefings and/or communicate with pilots to provide them with necessary information for flights.
Oversee the day-to-day flight operations of an airline.
Manage and handle flight scheduling movement and flight status.
Managing and handling Aircraft Following and Monitoring systems
Handling message, teletype, and radio communication channels on both Ground-to-Ground and Air-to-Ground

The candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

University degree in science, engineering, computer, IT, aviation or related field preferred
Holding a valid Flight Dispatcher/Flight Operations license from CAAT
Minimum of 2 years of experience serving as an airline flight dispatcher/flight operation
Strong knowledge of ICAO, CAAT/Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and other aviation regulations
Have passed TOEIC test score of at least 600 or TOEFL (paper) test score of at least 510 with one-year validity from the first application
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
