General

Support the implementation of the marketing and communication strategy for Really Cool Airlines, in line with the company’s goals and objectives
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer behavior to inform marketing and communication decisions
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, data-driven decision-making, and innovation within the marketing and communication team

Marketing

Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including branding, advertising, public relations, social media, and content marketing
Support the management of relationships with key marketing partners, such as advertising agencies, media outlets, and influencers
Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, such as brand awareness, reach, and engagement, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Assist in developing and implementing marketing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy across the airline’s operations

Communication

Assist in the development and execution of the airline’s communication strategy, including internal and external communications, crisis management, and stakeholder relations
Support the management of relationships with key communication partners, such as media outlets, government agencies, and industry associations
Monitor and analyze key communication metrics, such as message reach, sentiment, and impact, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Assist in developing and implementing communication policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy across the airline’s operations

At least 3 years experience in marketing and communication roles, ideally in airlines.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar.
Great communication and teamwork skills.
Strong skills in analyzing data for decision-making.
Experience in creating and executing marketing and communication strategies.
Knowledge of marketing and communication tools.
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience with YouTube, WordPress, and Facebook for Business.
Goal-oriented and detail-focused.
Experience in campaign planning and management is a plus.
Able to write content for various purposes, both social and professional.
