Providing a variety of secretarial or coordinator support tasks as well as supporting administrative, agreement arrangement, and documentation functions, e.g. phone and mail correspondence, filing, travel arrangements, reimbursement, etc., and providing support to related departments
Handling confidential and security sensitive information
Managing the daily, weekly, and monthly agenda, and progress reports
Arranging meetings and appointments
Assisting in the development and maintenance of RC Airlines Security Program Manual, ASTP, SOPs, and other related documents such as forms to ensure they meet the approval of the local and international regulator’s requirements.
Performing security quality assurance and control activities as assigned
Monitoring training records and training activities
Assisting in promotion of security awareness campaign
Performing duties as assigned from Security Operations and Compliance; and
Any task assigned by a superior

Having experience in aviation at least 1 year
Having knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and civil aviation security requirements (experience in aviation security operations or other security such as police and military will be an advantage.)
Having knowledge of agreement and contract arrangement
Having a good command of English to the level of working proficiency; and
Having background check
