LMS Administration: Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts, course uploads, and system configurations.
Content Management: Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to upload and organize training content within the LMS.
User Support: Provide technical support to employees and trainers regarding LMS access, course enrollment, and troubleshooting issues.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on training activities, completion rates, and learner performance, providing insights for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure that training programs and records comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Data Integrity: Monitor and maintain the accuracy of training data, ensuring consistency and integrity.
Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including room bookings, trainer availability, and participant communication.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess training effectiveness and make improvements.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with LMS best practices and recommend system enhancements to streamline training processes.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of training materials, policies, and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot LMS-related issues.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to training programs is a plus.
