Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
• Communicate solutions and information to merchants and consumers effectively
• Route escalations to the appropriate channels
• Engage in training and development initiatives to improve technical and soft skills

Qualifications

• Will be required to work shift
• Well written and spoken in English
• Customer Service experience
• CRM experience/knowledge is a plus
• Experience with E-mail, Chat, and Social Media
• Fresh Graduates are welcome!
• Logistics Background – Cargo knowledge would be an added advantage
