- Provide hardware and software support for PCs, printers, telephone lines, network cables, and other IT peripherals.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Setup, install, and configure hardware and software according to user requirements and company standards.
- Resolve technical issues as they arise, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Manage IT assets and related equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records and proper maintenance.
- Support daily IT operations and services for domestic branches, international branches, and headquarters offices.
- Monitor and report operational performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary measures.
- Provide incident and service request support, promptly addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and improve overall efficiency.
- Set up install applications and IT equipment, ensuring proper configuration and user accessibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IT support, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or a related role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant/similar positions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive departmental issues with discretion.
- Strong aptitude for working with computers and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Good interpersonal skills with a strong team player mindset and a customer-centric approach.
- Able to work as a shift rotation.
