Manage and coordinate the contractual obligations for the aircraft on the fleet and administrate end-to-end the contract, its approval process and its application
Develop and maintain a high level of communication and strong partnerships with contract representatives and other key stakeholders to ensure the optimal performance of contracts by operators
Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company
Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress
Other assignments from the direct Manager

Being graduated from aeronautical technical university/college, or technical university/college and being trained in basic aeronautical technical course
Proven knowledge in fleet contract management.
Being able to read, write, and understand the English language.
Minimum of 3 years relevant’ experience in aviation of which at least one year should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position related to fleet contract management.
Practical background in the application of aviation contract operating procedures.
Background in airline operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of supply chain management and information system
