- Coordinate and monitor overall catering operations for the station
- Coordinate with cabin crew and catering supplier to ensure catering requirement uplift to aircraft
- To ensure ongoing cost-effectiveness of catering operation for respective station
- To monitor and ensure the safety aspects of personnel and equipment when handling ramp
- To decide and find a solution in the event of problems with regard to catering operations/discrepancies
- Monitor staff or ground handling staff performance and ensure following KPI
- Monitor and record stock of amenities, F&B, catering equipment
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree related to the position
- 0-3 of experience in Airlines is an advantage
- Proven knowledge of Ground Operations and/or ramp handling
- Be able to work as a shift
- Be able to work at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
