- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Report directs to Cabin Crew Training Executive.
- Planning all training schedule for cabin crew in daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
- Planning cabin crew training schedule cover ground training and line training.
- Establishing training plan and training syllabus of cabin crew training.
- To prepare the training proposal before open the course.
- Coordinate with service provider for using training equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with instructor and Cabin Crew Training Supervisor for preparing training material, examination, and all training documents of each cabin crew training course.
- Announcement and notifying training schedule to crew rostering section, cabin crew trainee and instructor via company’s systems.
- Responsible to ensure that training devices and facilities are representative to equipment installed in actual company’s aircraft.
- Monitoring and updating the training activities to follow the training plan and notice to roster, trainee and instructor in any change of schedule.
- Follow up all documents from instructor and summary training result for release cabin crew to line operation.
- Ensuring all training records including cabin crew training data results and validation are retained and maintained in the personal folder and/or systems.
- Control the usage of training equipment and log in the Training Equipment Reservation Form.
- Develop and assign cabin crew training course in Training Management System (TMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Perform any tasks assigned by training management.
- Bachelor’s degree related to the position.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role
- Experience in Cabin Crew with A320/A321 would be advantage
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Knowledge in AOCR and Cabin Crew Training Manual preferred
- Compliance with CAAT requirements
- Ability to work independently with high comfort level working in a diverse environment,
- Fluent of Thai and English (TOEIC score of 650) are required
- High sense of coordinating with team members and other departments in company.
