- Ensure the inflight safety of passengers
- Deliver excellent customer service that is enjoyable and impressive for passengers
- Anticipate and respond to passengers’ needs promptly and in a professional manner
- Minimum age of 18
- University graduate or above
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Thai, other Asian language would be an advantage
- A valid English TOEFL/ IELTS test certification or TOEIC test score of 400 or above is preferred
- A minimum arm-reach of 208cm and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
- Good communication skills with positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in an aviation industry would be advantageous
- Successful employment background check with no criminal history
- Must have received a third dose of COVID 19 vaccine
