Experience in Safety, Quality,, and Compliance Management Systems.
Knowledge of Continuing Airworthiness (Part-145 Part-CAMO / M, (CAAT and/or EASA)) and FAA FAR 145 and other national aviation authorities.
Experience in working with CAAT is preferable.
Ability to motivate/energize others through alternative and analytical thinking.
A track record of implementing continuous improvement in an Operator and MRO capacity.
Excellent influencing and communication skills in both English and Thai.
An aerospace background with experience within Aircraft and/or Component MRO and/or Aircraft Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving competency.
Willing to travel on a regular basis to conduct supplier audits worldwide.
Availability to work outside of usual working hours, as and when necessary to meet the needs of the business.
A degree education is preferred, but not essential.
Knowledge or an interest in commercial aircraft is beneficial.
Willingness to work remotely.
Willingness for International travel.
English proficiency

Must provide a clean criminal record (police clearance)
